Fine Aroma Cocoa
The Ecuadorian cocoa is characterized by having floral, fruity and other special flavors and aromas; and can provide a smooth chocolate with good flavor and aroma, which is why it is classified internationally as “fine aroma cocoa”. we offer two variety of cocoa beans, the (AS) "Arriba Nacional" and the (CCN51) “Colección Castro Naranjal #51”, both exported with a maximum percentage of humidity (7%) Its classification will depend on the weight per 100 cocoa beans, among other factors, according to the table of the Ecuadorian Institute of Normalization.
